Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
- 24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full charge for the nanny's service.
- Early Return Policy: If you return more than one hour early, you will be responsible for payment up to one hour before the scheduled end time.
- Two-Week Notice for Nanny Service Cancellation: To cancel ongoing nanny services, a two-week notice is required. Without this notice, you will be responsible for the nanny's services during that period.
