At Svetcare Home Assistance, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our clients. Due to the nature of our home care services, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us immediately so that we can address your concerns. We strive to resolve issues promptly and to ensure that you or your loved one receives the best possible care. 

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We understand that schedules can change, and we request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If a client cancels with less than 24 hours' notice or if a caregiver arrives and the client is not present (a no-show), a cancellation fee of [insert fee amount] may be charged.
