Hi there! I'm Leslie and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I work with couples and adults who have experienced trauma. My goal is to assist in the process of helping individuals create a solid foundation whereby peace, balance and optimal health are the end results. I see the mind and body as connected and apply this approach to my counseling sessions with clients. I am trained in EMDR Therapy for trauma and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
