This role is perfect for someone passionate about event planning, sales, and client relations.
Responsibilities include:
Selling and coordinating wedding and event packages for Studio 131 and JoBelle.
Assisting clients with decor, design, and event logistics to bring their vision to life.
Handling inquiries, sales calls, follow-ups, and lead generation to drive business growth.
Managing event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination when needed.
Building relationships with vendors, planners, and venue partners.
Helping expand JoBelle’s off-site luxury floral and décor services in new venues.
Pay Range:
$17-$20 per hour base pay plus commission on sales. Pay is based on experience, with growth opportunities.

Availability: Must have weekday daytime availability for client meetings, planning, and follow-ups. Some evening shifts during the week for networking and events. Weekend flexibility is required but not every weekend—just as needed for key events.
Shift Type:
No formal degree required, but experience in event planning, sales, or hospitality is preferred. Training is provided, but candidates with floral design, venue coordination, or sales experience will have an advantage.

Sales and event planning experience preferred (1-2 years ideal). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple events at once. Creativity and a keen eye for design and event aesthetics. Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, evolving business.
