Receptionist/Office Assistant
Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: Pinellas Park, FL
Join a small manufacturing office where you’ll wear multiple hats! We’re looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant who’s computer-friendly and ready to handle a mix of tasks, including:
✔️ Order processing & data entry
✔️ Light bookkeeping & invoicing
✔️ Some filing & general office support
✔️ Very light telephone traffic (but still need that receptionist charm!)
✔️ Working with Excel & Word (helpful, but not required)
✔️ Flexibility with duties—every day is a little different!
