12 Sessions of 1-1 In Person Tutoring

Cancellation Policy Jackson Tutoring Services, LLC understands that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your tutoring session. To ensure fairness and efficiency, our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 1. Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.
• 2. No-Shows: If you do not attend a scheduled session and have not notified us in advance, you will be charged the full session fee.
• 3. Emergency Cancellations: We recognize that emergencies happen. In the case of a genuine emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess if a fee waiver is applicable.
• 4. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled if the request is made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions should be booked within two weeks of the original date.
• 5. Refunds: If a session is canceled with proper notice, a full refund or credit towards a future session will be provided. For prepaid packages, unused sessions can be refunded or credited.
• 6. Repeat Cancellations: After three late cancellations or no-shows, future sessions must be prepaid to secure your booking.
